BacklinkScope provides SEO tools including backlink analysis, keyword research, rank tracking, competitor analysis, and site auditing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
BacklinkScope offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Payment information is securely processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Cancellations remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute our data without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
6. Intellectual Property
BacklinkScope and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or data without written permission.
7. Data and Privacy
We collect your name and email address for account management and essential service communications. For Google sign-in, we receive basic profile information (name, email, avatar) as provided by Google. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Communications
You will receive transactional emails related to your account (e.g., billing receipts, password resets). You may opt in to product update newsletters separately.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
BacklinkScope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of all SEO data provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BacklinkScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
